• The IJBC SME Help Desk Expert Panel operates on a fixed annual cycle from April 1 to March 30.
  (If you subscribe now, your subscription will end on March 30, 2027.)
• All SME queries will be shared for time-bound responses. While no minimum number of referrals is guaranteed, queries will be allocated based on expertise and rotation.
• Grievances must be submitted from your registered email ID to info@ijbc.org only. Informal messages will not be considered. The Help Desk’s decision will be final and binding.
• Experts must not discuss Help Desk matters outside official channels.
• Non-compliance may lead to termination and forfeiture of fees.
• The empanelment subscription fee is non-refundable.
