Harshad Rathod is a practising lawyer mainly in the Civil and Corporate laws in India at HNR LEGAL which is a full-service law firm, having its head office in the city of Pune, a branch office in Mumbai (India) and a Representative Office in Tokyo (Japan). He also provides legal advice to various Indian and foreign companies for cross-border M&A, business alliances and disputes. He also works for a Japnese Law firm based in Tokyo on India Desk.
He is a legal advisor to various companies in India from diverse fields of Industries like Automobile, Biotech, Retail, Fintech, Automation, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Finance and Insurance.
He also represents as standing legal counsel for Corporations, Individuals, Major Banks, Major Insurance companies, and Local Government organizations at different Courts and Tribunals in India.

Qualification:
- He did his Bachelor's in Legal Sciences from the University of Pune (India).
- He did his LLB from the University of Pune (India).
- He did his LLM in International Law & Commercial Arbitration from Vishwakarma University, Pune (India).
- He was admitted to the Bar in India in the Year 2012.
