I am a Advocate Raddhika Singh, a first-generation lawyer with 18+ years of experience specializing in Intellectual Property (IP), Information Technology (IT), and Commercial laws. I pursued my LLB from Campus Law Center, Delhi University, and a Masters in IP and Commercial Laws from King's College London. Pursuant to completing my LLM, I worked with Tier 1 law firms of India, namely Remfry & Sagar, K&S Partners, and Luthra & Luthra Law Office (erstwhile) for over 8 years. Thereafter, I founded Aletheiaa Legal in August 2014 and in the last 10 years, I have advised over 500 clients on the protection, enforcement, and commercialization of Intellectual Property Rights; drafting, vetting, and negotiating corporate/commercial agreements such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Master Service Agreements, Employment Agreements, Consultant/Freelancer Agreements, Software Subscription Agreement/EULA, Share Holders Agreement, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, etc, for clients from diverse industries and jurisdictions across the globe including UK, US, Australia, Singapore, Japan, Canada, and Taiwan.
Accomplishments:
• Recognized as the “Professional Woman of the Year 2023” by the Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI).
• Named among “India Rising Stars 2022 – 40 under 40” by Asian Legal Business (Thomson Reuters).
• Completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Entrepreneur Executive Education Program at IIM Bangalore in November 2022.
