The IJBC Delegate Fee covers essential program support costs, including administration, coordination, interpreter services, and a networking dinner.

Payment Terms:
You will be required to make an immediate payment once your visa is granted and at least 10 days before the commencement of the tour. Failure to pay the fees will result in your exclusion from the delegation.

If you decide to drop out of the delegation for any reason, INR 40,000 will be refunded after a 50% payment processing fee is deducted.
