The Help Desk is a core offering under IJBC’s Cross-Border Business Matching Platform, providing real-time assistance in areas such as:
- Legal and regulatory compliance
- Market entry and operational strategy
- Technology transfer and IP protection
- Cross-cultural and language support
- Taxation, trade policy, and government schemes
Role of Empanelled Experts
As a member of the Expert Panel, you may be invited to:
- Respond to specific SME queries via email or brief consultations
- Contribute to expert articles or knowledge resources
- Participate in virtual sessions or training webinars
- Offer guidance on bilateral business practices
Your involvement will be flexible and based on your availability.
Where extended support is required, you may offer professional services directly to the SME at mutually agreed-upon fees. We kindly request that you keep IJBC informed of any such engagements. IJBC will not charge any commission or intermediary fee.
